Officially Listed on the IDX, Here's the Fate of Oscar Living (OLIV) Stocks

JAKARTA, – PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk (OLIV) or Oscar Living officially listed its initial shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Tuesday (17/5/2022).

In its first trading on the secondary market, OLIV's shares opened up 10% to Rp. 110. However, the movement then fluctuated and, during 15 minutes of trading, OLIV's shares traded in the range of Rp. 100-110.

In an initial public offering (IPO) on 9-12 May 2022, Oscar Living offered 400 million shares or 21.1% of the issued and fully paid capital at a price of Rp 100 per share. With that, the funds raised from the public through a public offering are Rp 40 billion.

In addition to offering shares to the public, PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk also issued 400 million warrants.

“For people who invest in OLIV's IPO, they are entitled to these warrants with a 1:1 ratio where one new share purchased is accompanied by one warrant. The company plans to use the funds collected from the exercise of the warrants for working capital," explained President Director of PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk Hendro Jap, Tuesday (17/5/2022).

In the context of this IPO process, PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk appointed PT Danatama Makmur Sekuritas as the lead underwriter or underwriter for the issuance of securities.
